DIRECTIONS:

Driving: Take Virginia Avenue East off I-85. At the first stop light (Malones on right) take a right on Toffie Terrace. Stay on Toffie Terrace to the Renaissance Concourse Hotel.
Flying: The Renaissance Concourse has a courtesy van pickup at the ground level of the Terminal. Courtesy phones are located in baggage area.

RESERVATIONS: MAKE DIRECT WITH HOTEL

at least three weeks before the meeting using the enclosed application form to insure reservations.

MEETING FEE:

$100.00 each attendee at meeting. $75.00 if paid before meeting. Must be postmarked by Feb 21st 2002. Make ADVANCE PAYMENT TO MOTAG-SOUTH. Mail to Sam Caldwell, C/O Sun Machinery Company, Post Office Box 789, Lexington, SC 29071. If this deadline is impossible to meet, still feel free to attend the meeting and pay your registration fee ($100-Cash or Check) upon arrival in Atlanta although rooms and meals cannot be guaranteed.

VISUAL AIDS:

MOTAG provides 35MM slide projector, overhead projector, VCR, and projector with power point capabilities.
